It could be any number of Annuum's. Hard to tell from just pod pic. Some grow upright some don't and some grow in clusters. If you check out this cross country nurseries link, you can see a pictorial of the different pods. Looks tasty.https://www.chileplants.com/pepper-plants.aspx
