Reflectors

What do you guys use for reflectors around your plants? aluminum foil? anything else?

Mylar coated bubblewrap. Aka radiant barrier. I use reflectix brand becuase that's what's at my local place.

I use thin plastic painted with flat white paint. I read in several places that the flat white reflects the light better than mylar as it diffuses the light better than a shiny reflective surface. Plants that I have growing under the lights while I am waiting for the baby plants to take off seem to like the difference.

Mylar has the highest reflectance.

Mylar coated bubble wrap here too. I had a gift card to use up. Since I grow in my spare bathroom bathtub I also use the white tub and surround.

I use a combination of mylar and permaflect.

I use mylar. I forget if it was 50 feet or yards x 36" and  was under 20 bucks. (enough to reflectorize my house!) I glued the mylar to the walls of my gro light set up using  3M spray adhesive. I also cut pieces to fit my reflector shield on the flourescent lights and spay glued it in.  Worked fantastic for me last year.
