Reintroduction

If you have an oldschool.heat mat with no control settings fold a towel over it self a couple times on top of the heatmat so its not as hot.

If you have a cable box or router that's on all the time that's a perfect place as well.
 
Welcome and check your local nursery you'd be surprised of the peppers that are available at times to get a head start on stuff. I have some stuff that is germinating I can maybe send your way
