Why not contact Puckerbutt?  I know at least one member here grows for them, so it is still kind of keeping it in the THP family.  That or contact Buckeye peppers.  I think he is the one that says he grows for Puckerbutt.

How about powder? I know a guy out your way selling reaper powder for $125 a kilo. Might get a better deal if you wanted a bunch of them, but I wasn't interested in that much. Tom
