The stuffing was a mixture of taco meat, spanish rice, and black beans. I used the leftovers to make burritos with homemade guacamole. Homemade guacamole is the only way to go.
They were store bought Aneheims. I don't have the time/patience to grow chiles myself. Now if someone could breed a chile that was large enough to stuff that has scotch bonnet or habanero flavor and heat...that would be awesome.
