Can Peppers be repotted while they have growing pods?

Better answer: I've had peppers that didn't drop pods even after death. You won't loose anything.

Shh. I have stuffed plants in my living room. 
But yeah, I've never had a pod fall off.

I know what are you talking about, same happens to me (with indoor plant).

Every pepper this year I planted in pots had pods on them prior. Either ordered plants from the web or Home Depot/nursery pickups. Granted they were young and only had max 5 pods. Still…. I have like 30+ peppers doing okay.
