i actualy orderd a pack of this and tried it....and i agree with your review 100 percent.
was gonna post a review here but im not as elegant as yall.

i guess its a play on words its texas style chili not cincinatti style..her name is cindy so i guess thats why she came up with cin chili.....cin is for cindy not cincinati.
alton brown did a chili episode where he ran arond in a cowboy outfit and they were talking about stuff to put on chili....cheese sour cream....etc etc.....alton in his cowboy voice said something like..you put the chili in the bowl but the spoon in the bowl and then put the spoon in your mouth.
