Ingredients:

First the wait:
I saw the product advertised on http://www.heartbreakingdawns.com/ a few weeks ago. I chatted with Johnny at the HBD booth at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden Chile festival and he talked it up. I felt like I was buying a new iPad. The product officially went on sale October 1st at 12:00 A.M. I logged on the site at 11:55 and hit "F5" to reload occasionally, not seeing the "add to cart" visible, UNTIL the witching hour arrived. Then, by the magic of of some script, or perhaps a scheduled task, the "add to cart" option appeared. I availed myself of the option, and went off to sleep. U.S. Priority Mail Shipping from New Jersey to NY. is fast and the package arrived today. As promised, they included a 1 oz "sampler," along with the main hand signed and numbered bottle.
Review:
Smell - I've never had a Chocolate 7 Pod Douglah, but I recognized the scent of a superhot.
Thickness - This is a good thick consistency, but not lumpy.
Taste and Heat - I took around 1/4 of a tablespoon swirled it around and swallowed. I was instantly greeted by the heat, less intense than chewing a yellow 7, but the familiar bite nonetheless. As my tolerance continues to increase, I didn't panic from the heat, but did experience a little "worry." Other than puree and sauces with extract, this was one of the hottest sauces I have had. It had a good complex sweetness that lingered with the heat. The lime and Watermelon Juice were noticeable, but I wasn't able to distinguish any of the other individual ingredients, although they worked well together. A great sauce!
Now, I have a dilemma: After I finish the sampler bottle, do I open the main bottle, or just have fun looking at it and maybe try to Ebay it in a few years for a profit. I'll probably end up just eating it!
