smoking Ribs - Two Ways on the UDS

2 1/2 hours in the smoker,1 hour wrapped in foil,1 hour back in the smoker ... top one is glazed with a mixture of apricot preserves & apple cider vinegar... the bottom on is a sour cherry preserves,with chipotles in adobo sauce with apple cider vinegar

Nice smoke ring and bark! I like the idea of two racks different ways and they both sound good.
