I had a pretty hard frost here. Everything in the hoop house made it. Every plant that was in ground I picked the ripest pods and left the rest. I pulled everything in the ground fearing if I didn't I'd find mushiness the next morning. I am having two varieties go in this direction already. I am not sure if it was the right call. I had seen on You tube (Chillichump) try hanging a plant upside down to ripen the remaining peppers. Has anyone had success with hang drying peppers? I am moving them inside during the nights and moving them out during the days.Â
