Ripening a pepper

I had a pretty hard frost here. Everything in the hoop house made it. Every plant that was in ground I picked the ripest pods and left the rest. I pulled everything in the ground fearing if I didn't I'd find mushiness the next morning. I am having two varieties go in this direction already. I am not sure if it was the right call. I had seen on You tube  (Chillichump) try hanging a plant upside down to ripen the remaining peppers. Has anyone had success with hang drying peppers? I am moving them inside during the nights and moving them out during the days.

Definitely I'll use the cup tech, just like it were cuttings
Take brunches or a full plant and put it inside a cup or a bottle water fulled and wait Jeje
They keep fresh and not much wrincled compared to hang ripening

daamn took me some days to find the pics but here u can see 10/12/19 this last fatalii was full green then 5 days later it was fully ripe, some varieties spend more time but its always a faster method
