Welcome back to Slosh's Bar & Grill and welcome to our 2014 Hot Sauce Advent Calendar ... 25 sauces in 25 days!
On the ninth day of Christmas Slosh is joined by his old mate Jesse (MC²) from his days working in night clubs ... we weren't quite sure what kind of chilli tolerance he had so we started out low ... next time I am going to get him properly I think ... and they try Roaster Stinger by Swindle Sauce -http://www.swindlesauce.com/
As with the rest of Swindle Sauces sauces this is an enormously flavourful sauce ... you get the wave of roasted garlic ... and then the flavours of the roasted chillies ... no real heat at all but a huge amount of flavour ... goes well on anything and definitely worth trying guys!
and don't worry ... we really are going to get him with something hot next time ... really ... really ... hot 8-)
