Rocoto leaves problem

 I have 49  plants ( 18 varieties ) all C Pubescens. Only 2 of them  (both are Rocoto San Isidro ) have this problem.
I have a third San Isidro without no spot, absolutly healthy.
What could it be ?

Time to re-pot to bigger containers. any recent changes? Anything at all changes.

I've never seen that on any of my Rocoto plants. I agree with Capcom though, they definitely need to be re-potted. Maybe they are just stressed from still being in the Solo cups at that size.

Did it seam to spread from one plant to another?  If it seams to be contagious they need to be quarantined and observed closely. If the plants continue to get worse countermeasures may need to be considered.

Does not seem to spread.
I will repot soon and I will see what happens with them.
 Here  are some of my Pubescens plants with the same age : 2 months.

Wow, I thought I grew a lot of rocoto. 18 varieties, and 49 plants! That is going to be an epic garden of purple flowers and juicy pods.

After repotting it seems to recover. New growth is normal.

I want to shout it from the roof top "PLASTIC CUPS SUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!" they dont drain right, dont use them. you have no idea how valuble this information is.
