Yes, dedicated to the man who needs no introduction in these here parts.  I hope I don't sully his reputation...
 
Start with yesterdays brisket, chopped and tossed on Juanita's Corn Tortilla Chips.  Dusted with the Rogue Brisket Rub and some additional salt.
 

 
Next, time for some mild cheddar cheese, Carribean Red Hab, and Jalokia sauce.  I would have opted for extra sharp cheddar had I done the shopping...
