The little red "beads" are Tepins. Usually hundreds are on bush. Google images for it, they are quite plentiful. I just got a buddy with one. It is surprising how much oomph they have. Im deseeding right now....hot slaw and salsa in the morning.
 
Yes they are Tepins. My plant always has about 20 to 30 pods on it. I have seen some people with hundreds of pods on one plant. They are a tasty little treat:)
