Roulette Pepper of Spain

My Uncle called me and asked if i could locate a pepper called in English Roulette pepper due to its habit of most peppers being mild to medium but always some being very hot and therefore you are playing roulette when you eat them. He will send me its spanish name later. Any Info would be great. Sounds like fun though huh? I also when searching on google came across some chocolates where some are all chocolate but on or two contain hot peppers. Sounds like more fun with friends.

Just do a search for "padron" and it'll come up as the second entry. When using his db, try entering just one of the words in a name if you can't find it under it's full name.
