john also - refermented in the bottle refers to the actual putting live yeast in the bottle so that it will continue to age for several years. i have heard that some of the russian river products do not age as well as planned, but they are a fairly new operation and perfecting things comes with time. i would say a bottle of that is good for a few years, maybe less.. the live yeast will continue to eat the sugars inside of the bottle and actually will help the flavor profile develop. its pretty interesting stuff!
do you like sour beers? if you do i could recommend some, but you may want to take heed as they will contain quite a bit of sediment in the bottom..
