This is very good recipe. I'm getting fat now because I eated 200 grams of corn ships and that is almost 1000 kcal and the sauce. I did not find all the same ingredients. But I got it still very tasty. I did not use miso paste because I wanted to be a bit creative on the flavours.
I used:
basil
dill
cucumber
red onion
cherry tomatoes
gourmet mix of all kind of green (iceberg lettuce, red sprouts, white lupin sprouts, wild rucola.
some fresh chili mix it was tasty but too shy on the heat side so I added my own powdered chili mix that contains 10 different chilies.
iodised salt (its sharpy and works well when u want slightly salted)
my fermented brown beans
acv
