Born and raised in Virginia, I am now in central USA. Love hot sauces/things to try to eat. I've pressure canned a lot of food prior and since COVID, so always looking for a way to preserve anything, including hot sauce. Not on FB or anything like that, but am still steadily canning and pressure canning items every month.
