SASBE Offer - 7 Pot Burgandy - 10 Seeds Each - 5 Winners - Offer CLOSED

I am offering two people 10 seeds each of 7 Pot Burgandy (C. chin). This is a new one I grew in 2012.

Follow my rules carefully. If you do not comply, don't expect the seeds. Make it easy for me please. Here is what you need to do:

- Send me a self-addressed stamped bubble envelope with the exact amount of loose postage included inside that it took to send it to me in the first place. NO METERED POSTAGE as that cannot be used to send back the envelope - PLEASE FOLLOW THIS RULE.

- Include ziplock bag(s) with the variety name marked you are requesting.

- Make sure your return envelope/labels have your full address on them. Usually I can reuse the same bubble envelope you sent me. Just add a new address label I can affix over my mailing address. If you wish to send a new envelope within the other, you're welcome to. If you send me a plain envelope with no padding, you'll get your seeds back in this envelope. You may try to save postage, but don't complain if your seeds come back crushed!! It's a risk you take - up to you.

- Offer is for U.S. members only.

- Do not ask me to include lots of extra varieties. My SASBE offer is for the variet(ies) I listed in this specific offer. If I have multiple offers going at once and you won more than one spot, clarify.

- Be sure to include a small note in the envelope with your THP user name and what you're sending in for.

- Please try to send the envelope in within 7 days of the time period I provide my mailing address. I don't want these offers lingering for months at a time. If you don't do this, I may be inclined to move to another poster. I will be reasonable for sure as many know, but don't abuse it. This shouldn't be difficult for me - I'm providing free seeds.

- If you plan on taking my seeds and selling them at a big mark-up without even growing them out.....DO NOT TAKE A PLACE. :) I don't do that to others and don't appreciate it being done here.

- If you can, please 'spread the heat' through similar-type offers after you grow my stuff out. I enjoy sharing stuff with members. Keeping the chain going and sharing with other members is a great thing to do. AlabamaJack says it best - 'PAY IT BACK'.

Good luck everyone. Thanks a lot. :)

I think I would like one set of burgundy 7 pot but do not know what you mean by NO METERED POSTAGE

Sorry but on second thought after looking at all your rules I do not need the seeds that much!!!

metererd postage is printed on the package or is printed on a strip, If you include exact amount of loose stamps in your envelope then you will be good. Chris can not mail back with metered postage strip , must have stamps. I hope I didnt confuse ,just trying to help. Great offer Chris...

He's not asking much other than to be considerate and make it easy for him. In fact the SASBE you sent me a bit ago would have met all of his criteria.

Great offer Chris!

Yes, metered postage is printed from a machine and specifically to be used the date and location it is printed. It's is 'typically' not accepted by other state Post Office's as legit. I have had many envelopes returned due to this. I'm trying to save you from the problem. I think Post Office's do that because they realize employees of companies can abuse postage from their employers by printing off tons of metered postage in advance. I would be pissed if I was an employer knowing that. Just a guess.

I don't think my rules are too much really. I do these things constantly. With no rules, it would get ridiculous and for free I don't have time for ridiculous. :) It takes time, effort, etc. to dry seeds, fill them, sort, etc.

You're in Fireman. 1 more winner needed.

Chris

I should have noted there are type types of metered postage I believe:

- direct from the USPS office - equivalent to stamps - this seems fine
- usually private Corporate postal machines billed to an employer - THIS is an issue

Alright - 2 winners - offer now closed ::)

As of today, I have enough seed to share with three more winners. :) There will be a total of five winners now, not two. Take your spot if interested.

Chris

I would like to give these a try, but I am cutting down the garden a little next year. Looks like a tasty pepper.

Yea. I got SASBE offers from him and I used metered postage and trimmed it down to size. All of the sudden his post office accused him of trying to reuse postage and that they don't accept it from other states anyway... Even though they had no problem with it several times before.

Iam in Chris, if Its still available .... Let me know .

Thank ya much !
