Sauce for my 4rth

        Could not take it any more seeing everyones great looking pods this year.Broke into one of my red moruga ferments to have something to take to the family on July 4rth.Basic pineapple,garlic,carrot and ginger mix.It is so damn good,but I like that heat sweat thing.My daughter was kind enough to throw me a personal label so I don't have to hand out just plain bottles.I like her F1 heat level idea.I can go up to F5 which would be pure mash. I cooked everything but the ferment then added it to my crock and adjusted flavor.

   Thanks Ralph its pretty simple
    1 pt red moruga ferment
    1 bulb garlic
    1 lb carrots
    40 oz pineapple
    1tbls allspice
    2tbls fresh ginger
    Sea salt to taste
    1tbls my dried yellow  moruga powder
   This stuff is great on chicken... ;)
