Sauce from powder recipe

Anyone have a good sauce recipe that can be made from powders? I have lots of powdered Datils, Superhots, Smoked Datils, and other mixed peppers to use.

I mix powder with garlic, salt, and cilantro (to taste) in a solution of 2/3 vinegar, to 1/3 water.


Just keep adding liquid, or powders until you get the amount, and the consistency you like.

If this helps, from a different thread SalsaLady and JoynersHotPeppers helped me figure out that a tablespoon of powder is roughly 7 hab-sized pods.
