A few already! CaJohns already has a whole line out. They will be the easiest to get your hands on. I know there are more, but I doubt they are as mass produced yet.
I posted a review of Cajohn's BBQ sauce with Moruga on another thread. A quarter-teaspoon takes you on a 20-minute "journey". I also used it in a big pot of chili.
Well, they are local to my area. But yeah their prices are ridiculous. Maybe at a hot sauce shop. Not sure what their distribution is. They usually have a stand at the spicy food festivals.
Here is the link for WHERE TO BUY.

Saw this on there too... If you have one near you you could call and ask.
I tried several of CaJohn's sauces at the Fiery Foods Show last weekend. If you're looking to just try Morouga they sell puree. It's pretty hot since it's just mashed up morougas and a little vinegar. Not morouga but their Holy Jolokia BBQ sauce was pretty tasty. I believe their Angry Cock sauce also contains morouga but I could be mistaken... after eating the 5million scoville extract everything after was sort of a blur
