Save a broken branch?

Hey guys,

Has any of you ever tried to save a broken-off branch? The wind damaged one of my plants and a big branch broke off. It had loads of unripe peppers too.

i have had some half broken ones i patch them up and they seems happy.

Got this problem on my big jims when they get big and have no support.

broke off completely ?

If they are not completely broken off, I wrap a few wraps of duct tape around them and they usually keep right on growing.

You can probably put it in a glass of water in a window sill and have some of them ripen. Also may send out roots after the pods are off.

Yeah, it broke off completely. The wind bent and twisted it and when I tried to straighten it a bit it broke off fully. Should've just left it alone but yeah. I have it in a cup of water now, I was thinking of maybe grafting it back on but it's such a heavy branch.
