As some of you might know I work at a school as a counselor. this school caters for youth who have suffered hardship in their lives.

We are currently using my business as a learning platform for the kids, such things as graphic design, marketing and cooking!

One of the kids who Neil (THSC) is familiar with(Shantell who is able to handle whole dorsets)has plucked out a ripper of a sauce recipe and she wants to sell it.

Its Called the 'GARLIC GREMLIN' and it is a dipping sauce!

(SO NICE I CAN TELL YOU)

The ingredients are as follow:

Joe longs
Bulgarian Carrots
onion
Garlic (heaps)
Olive oil
salt
sugar
vinegar
tomato
water

Hey Nova how are you?

I havn't any sample bottles but we are going to sell it pretty cheap and part proceeds will go toward our small school and shanny (crazy sauce chilli head student). Let me know if you'd like some. So good with philly!
