It was a fun ride.  My nose burned pretty good for about 1/2 an hour.  The one good side effect was that the ring of fire was not an issue today.

(Im knocking on wood when saying this) but i haven't had very bad cap cramps at all yet…. like ever, and oCaveman didn't have any capsaicin left in him to cramp him up! haha but yeah its a good idea to start slow but i like to just jump in head first! but yeah it is fun we are waiting for an order of superhots right now they should be in this week!
