Seabird poop

Can I harvest Seabird poop off the rocks or is it treated before using? I live a couple blocks from the beach/cliffs and there's poop readily available. If I can, how do I go about using it? Thanks

LMAO...I know! My husband and I owned a body shop and seen it for years.
I was reading the "sticky" Guide to compost tea and he mentioned using bird poop so thought I'd ask about it.

I am no expert so take the advice of others hahahah - I use chicken poo but it is not longer "hot" and not fresh.

Have to agree. I've use horse or chicken shit all my life but it's set out for awhile to age sort of speak. Maybe get a bucket of it, set it to the side then try it next season .

Lol. Mental image of random girl scooping / scraping bird poo off the rocks at the beach. Bahahaha.

Seriously though, I don't see anything wrong with it, but you would have to let it age for quite awhile.
