Second year making hot sauces

Last year I made my first hot sauces off a couple of Serious Eats recipes. They turned out delicious, so this year I'm making more, in greater quantity and with greater care and precision. After tasting how delicious the sauces were I found this site, and lurked for a bit last fall. Now I want to join the community so I can get some feedback on my processes and recipes.
