wanted Seed Hunter: Looking for Datil, Yellow Bhuts, Onza Roja

I lost my entire collection to an unfortunate work "disposal" by a co-worker. That trashed my Onza Rojas and Yellow Bhuts. The Datils are a new addition. Never grown them before but wanting to for next year.

I have a ton of tomato seed, a VERY slim pepper collection, and a few other random squash/beans/greens/etc.

Also willing to contribute reasonably via PayPal for pure seed.

Thanks, y'all. Trying to regroup and grow some fun stuff next year...

Eephus man, I have one isolated pod for the Onza Roja. It will be ripe in a week or so. You are welcome to a dozen seeds from it if you want. Do you have any of the Criolla sella seeds that I think you grew in the past.

PM if interested, Mike

I have some yellow bhut but my datils didn't make it. Would you like some Aji amarillo instead. Send me your address.

Sorry to hear about your mishap.

With the aphids gone, I've got a bunch of babies of interesting things starting right now, hopefully (fingers crossed) I will have some podage (and thus seeds) from these new guys by early next year.

This includes fun varieties like Fish, Purple Bhut, and a bright Yellow hab-shaped pepper with seeds that that came straight from Peru!

This also includes an interesting Yellow Bhut variety, which is reportedly actually peach - and not the regular "peach" color, like you see on things like "Peach Bhut", but actually the color of the inside of a ripe peach! ("Nectarine Bhut", perhaps? )

Plus some other, less boring peppers! ;)

Get in touch with me this coming Spring - I will be MORE than happy to help ya out!

Thanks, lg and everyone else. I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered up all of these online from vendors. I had forgotten that NMSU had Datil seed.

My only want that isn't yet a done deal are Bonda ma Jacques, but I'm working on that. I'm trying hard to limit my grow list this coming year. It isn't easy!
