seeds Seed mix up

I had 6 Reapers and 7 choc Bhuts soaking in some tea and I went and bumped the tray they were in.
2 from each little cup spilled out so I just put them back randomly.
Do bhuts and Reapers look different while small,would I be able to tell after 3-4 weeks of growing if they were in the wrong marked cups?

Now I think about it I should have isolated the 4 seeds that tipped out and marked them separately.
Oh well,by the sounds of things the Choc Bhuts take a bit longer to germinate than the Reapers.

germination time is not a judging factor at all... you can take 10 reaper seeds and one might sprout in 3 days and some in a month.
 
The only way you will know is to wait it out till fruit set.
