seeds Seed sowing times

Hi

I wondered if there is a cut off point in the year at which chilli seeds can be sown?
I am in Spain and usually my chilli plants stop producing chillies around Dec and start again around end April.

just a guess tori....but if you look at the date to maturity from plant out and then back up 6-8 weeks, that should be enough...say if a plant is 90 days to maturity, thats 3 months add 2 months for germination and seedling growth makes it 5 months...so the absolute latest you could germinate and get peppers outside would be the 1st of july at the latest to have peppers at the end of november...

Well, I intend to grow entirely indoors..and have yet to plant all the new hot seeds. Am I insane? Maybe.

But, if you create and maintain your artificial envrioment..who knows?

I live 3 floors above any real ground..and I have no doubt that I can grow whatever I choose.

I have 80w of Ecolux lights plus the real sun that is in a s/w window, and planning.
