seeds-germination Seedlings and Humidity

I'd suggest research. There's so much information on this forum, on YouTube. We can't possibly fit it all into a post, especially not knowing what you have, your conditions, what/when/how you want to start, etc. Just gotta figure it out and patiently learn. They say your plants will talk to you, which is true. It's up to you to figure out what they're saying though lol.
 
I am planning to try outside but right now with low temperatures still in the 30's I am thinking some time in March when the 
lows will get up into the 50's or so!  Right now the humidity is about 40% which is relatively dry here in Houston, TX
 
The chili peppers I am considering from seed will come from Pepper Joe's and most will be habanero type peppers.
