Great looking website. The names of the varieties are clear enough, but the rest is just a little hard for me to understand since I speak no German. Do you have any English-language pages in the works?

I like your setup, incidentally. Interesting idea keeping them isolated by spacing with pubescens and screens... makes sense.

Nice pics, do you overwinter and then grow them in a hoop house?

@synclinorium, you can select your language, but so far not all varieties are translated

@Spicegeist, I need new space for other varieties in the next year, so we overwinter only a few plants. From my experience over a number of years, overwintering for the most varieties
doesn´t make very much sense, because the overwintered plants are overtaken by new plants in June/July.

I'm beginning to agree. This winter I overwintered my first two plants, I didn't even bother cutting them back. I lost one to aphids and the other one survived and is in the ground now doing okay. The one I lost was grown from Naga Morich seed but turned out big gnarly bhut-like pods. The other was a Yellow Bhut with a great phenotype, the Y. Bhuts overall seem pretty variable, so I wanted to be sure to keep this one going. Well, going forward I will chance it with seed as the overwintering was a bit of a hassle.
