Here's a nice 150g bottle of Sriracha made in some village near Moscow. It has classic sriracha texture, medium heat, pronounced garlic & salty chili flavors with a bit too much acidity on the finish. Overall not a bad sauce which can beat about 50% of srirachas I have tried. 3/10 for heat.
Made of: water, chili paste, fresh garlic paste, sugar, rice vinegar, tomato paste, gum, preservative, salt, citric acid.
