With so many pods from multiple vendors why not open a pack from each and do a germination test. With out it to prove there are viable seed in the pods they are just dried pods and nothing more. I would rather pay a dollar a seed for known viable seed then get several pods for cheap only to waste time finding out the seed is dead. Just some food for thought, good luck.
 
Just received the package today. I'll be starting a flat of each over the weekend for anyone interested, but right now it's very much a gamble. I have no idea how old the pods are or at what temperature they were dried, but I've also paid for premium priced seeds that resulted in poor germination. We likely all have. Some of my best seeds have come free from Joe or nearly free from Judy.

Keep an eye out for the first round of flats in the Glog section if you're interested.
