i was thinking about trying to clone some of my overwinter's this year.  I can clone cannabis so why not peppers!

Id say itd be very hard Monkey hunter. Seeds can go pretty unnoticed in a small envelope, but a small plant.

 
Yeah, not worth it, plus the risk of spreading pathogens across borders, possibly endangering the local ecosystem just isn't worth it.
