R rlslmshdy May 27, 2017 #1 My pepper plants and some of my tomatoes in my grow tent have a shiny silver residue on the topside of the leaves. Its dry and wipes off easy. Any ideas what might cause this.

Edmick Staff Member Moderator eXtreme May 29, 2017 #3 Perhaps the "honeydew" from aphids. The leaves on my rose bushes are covered in it.
