Shito (Ghanian pepper sauce)

Anyone have good recipes (besides those on Google) for the Ghanian pepper sauce (with fish/shrimp oils) called Shito?

There is a Ghana Best Shito sold in Tesco in the UK. Has anyone tried it or have contact information for the company? Thanks.

The sell it here locally, so I haven't had to make it myself. To do it right, you're gonna neet kpakpo shito peppers (miniature, green, bell-pepper shaped C. chinense pods with a unique flavor.).
