Update #1:
Split the first cell of 2 plants into small pots. Roots untangled easily when dipping them in water. After transplant, the plants drooped almost to the point of being sideways laying on the side of the pot. Then they propped back up within a couple hours. Deciding to not transplant any more until I know these first two survive a day. Sorry for image quality, camera refused to focus properly in the garage:
