Should I top my Wild Brazil/Cumari pepper?

So I have this 6 week old cumari pepper and I don't know if I should top. I don't know if I got really good genetics with this particular seed or if this is normal for this strain. But I have a lot of bushiness without topping and the roots have hit the dwc solution already. I'm also wondering if should pinch the buds and let it veg longer.
It's kinda crazy how this young and small plant already has such an established root system compared to my older and bigger plants. In the future I might just stick to these plants in the dwc. Here's a pic of the other plants I got going on if anyone's interested lol

I would not top the cumari do para - it will bush out by itself naturally. I grew 6 plants last year and none grew over 18" but most were twice that wide. Leave 'em be. For comparison most of my supers and habs were 3-4ft tall. I didn't top anything.

Why would you feel the urge to top?  Topping is for short grow seasons or extremely strong wind areas to keep the plant low profile.  It's the last thing to do in a normal wind environment when there's a long grow season like you have in Orlando where it practically takes a record breaking low temp to have a hard frost.

... that's even without the bushiness yours has already started which is a further reason not to top it.

I take that back, a reason to top would be if they're getting too tall for an indoor grow with a limited grow light height adjustment possible.
