There is no difference it's the same email and password. You might want to make sure you are not using the username. And clear cookies.
Same email, same password,cleared browsing data/cookies and still no go.
It would not seem to be a site issue, sorry. If I find anything out I will let you know.
You could try to toggle "Full Site" at the bottom and login if it's the mobile site, or vice versa. But there are no known issues.
It was finally figured out.

For whatever reason the Sign-In didn't like Auto-Fill, had to be manually entered.

Sometimes when you use auto-fill/predictive text, it leaves a space at the end of your email which is counted towards the text.
