On a side note, I ordered 4 padded flat rate envelopes through USPS for the train - they didn't have any at the local PO's.  Been waiting over a week for them to arrive wondering why it was taking so long, then I see this box on my doorstep today...

Lucky! I ordered one pack of 25 and got one individual mailer. There’s no rhyme or reason to the post office sometimes.

Hey CD, did you select the pack of 10, then select quantity of 10?  That would explain 100.

Haha.  Yeah, that's possible Tybo.  I noticed on the invoice they reflected 4 packs of 10 instead of 4 single units, so it's possible getting 40 pieces was my mistake.  My memory is that "4 packs of 10" was marked/circled in pen on the invoice so I'm still inclined to put it on them - at least until I go look at the invoice again and confirm my recollection.  :rolleyes:
 
I have to go to the PO today anyway to get the b-train back on the rails, so when I do I'll drop off all but the handful of these that I'll likely need in the near future.  I think every few $$ the USPS can save right now the better. 
 
So did you receive 40 or 100.  The photo shows 100/case.  Either way that's a lot of envelopes!

Good eye, Tybo.  Just 40. They probably just use the same boxes they receive them in to ship out the larger orders.  You might have to pack down 100 pretty good to get them to fit in there though.
