Ever hear or see any strange things around your house or across the road?

Coyotes every now and then raise a ruckus but don't show themselves (they've become shy and don't like the report of the 30-06), bullfrogs bellow a low melodious song, bucks snort, whip-poor-wills keep me awake some nights, and just the usual country wildlife music.

During the day the chooks drowned out the competition. ;)

where in 'bama are you SS?

cool...then you must be crimsom tide...war eagle here...

can't get to the datil pdf file here at work...firewall blocks the site...will check it out when I get home...

yes sir, I did...so that's it with our friendship... ;) (J/K)

round the hole, down the bowl, roll tide roll....

can you tell pod set is slacking off there?

:)

The heat was slowing it down some, but these past few days of unusually cooler weather (lows mid 60s highs mid 80s) have brought on a whole new wave of sets.

The number of pods large enough to ripen on the habs have decreased considerably, but the nagas, fatallis and datils have many more to ripen yet.
