Probably not, but to be honest we dont do much with them anymore. Might make a little jelly but that barely puts a scratch in that volume. That patch is about 80 feet square and grown so dense that you couldnt even crawl through it.nmlarson said:Will the birds leave any for you?
Have you tried Kumato tomatoes? They are pretty meaty and tasty, but a little on the small side. They are pretty easy to grow. I started mine from seeds ,from store bought tomatoes. They don’t sell the seeds ,but saved seeds seem to grow good. The way you grow “trees “ from normal sized plants you would have a lot of mater sandwiches to eat [emoji16].skullbiker said:I think I have to add another new(to me) tomato to the list of ones that I like. I like tomatoes with a sweeter taste and this is the first one larger than a cherry tomato that I have grown that is real sweet. I got the seeds as a free sampler pack when i ordered some other stuff. The tomatoe is called Pretty In Pink, I got the seeds here. https://www.seedsnsuch.com/product/pretty-pink-hybrid-tomato-vft/

I have not tried those yet. I may have to give them a try for taste, I like my tomatoes to have a little sweet taste. I grew out some Sungreen cherry tomatoes this year, I even have 1 in Kratky. I am now letting those plants croak off because I think they taste like crap. They are sweet as advertised but have zero flavor. My favorite for years now is still the TomatoBerry.PtMD989 said:Have you tried Kumato tomatoes? They are pretty meaty and tasty, but a little on the small side. They are pretty easy to grow. That would be a start. I guess I could put out a salt lick and then if they ate some of the peppers out there the rub would be done also!PtMD989 said:I often thought about putting out a big bowl Worcestershire sauce for premarinating and seasoning. Do you think it might work?
