smoking Smoked Mac & Cheese - Bam Style

I have a good idea for a Mac & Cheese throwdown as well. Sounds like a good idea. Love yours too Bam. TheFoodNetwork should come up there and put Canada and you in one of their bbq specials!

we do have foodnetwork.ca ..canadian version of the regular foodnetwork just alot more canadian content.. i got told one time that canadians do not how to cook "real bbq"... i just told them yah your right..lmao

i have a few friends that compete across USA with their American brothers and they always place well..lol
