here in Brazil we have a version of mexican tacos, its called "tapioca" a indigenous dish, its made with mandioca!!

smoke meat is very rare here in Brazil... but see alot here on THP!

In really i dont know ahahahahahahaha
the diference is that most people here use dry rubs.. i use humid curing for 48 hours, and hot smoke 70-80°C/ 150-180 F°.

Eggs with pork ig great, and in one tortilla is even better hehehehe
