@ SmokenFire Tried the recipe you recommended in my small batch post

 
 
And followed your cooking instructions It came out great a bit thick lil less thick then catchup I wanted to thin it but it tasted so good I decided not to.
 
The color is great orange!
 
This is what I got.
 

3/4 cup of vinegar,----I did cider vinegar
1 tsp to 1 TBSP minced garlic (to taste),-I did like 8 cloves 
1 sweet apple or very ripe pear and maybe- I did one apple 
1/2 an onion (all chopped) and 
1 tsp salt to a stock pot.
 
I added a TBS of Reaper powder

Hell ya Gargoyle!!  Sauce looks great!  Hard to get ratios without knowing how many peppers you had (weight) but I'll normally use about 1-2 cups vinegar for 1lb or so of peppers.  
Really I'm just happy you gave the recipe a try and liked the results.  Sometimes the process of coming up with the recipe/making it happen/cooking it down is just as much fun as the eating and sharing with friends.  Great color man!
