So now that we've created a new pepper...what next?

As reported in a previous thread, Dave and I have created a new strain of peppers. What do we do now to register it? I read somewhere that we have to ensure that it is a stable strand (make a few generations of the pepper via islated pollination, start those seeds and do that for a few pepper generations). But after that I have no clue what to do....

Keep in mind that the F1(first generation hybrid) plants will likely be quite different than the f2. The recessive genes will start to show in the F2's and the f1'S will likely be most productive, having hybrid vigour.
