Soft Peppers

I'm going to make some mash today and I don't know what to do with a large number of soft bhuts. These are peppers that I took in to ripen. They did indeed ripen but it took a lot of them quite awhile to do so. The end result is that I have a large number of soft peppers. I really do want quality over quantity but at the same time it's hard to toss them. Any advice would be much appreciated.
