soil soil problems

Ok so I recently gave up on the whole mykos stuff and reverted to tap water. Sense doing so using tap water with a Ph between 7 and 8 my soil Ph is now 4 and 5 on some of my pots..
My question is this too low of a Ph for my peppers?
If so what's the cheapest easiest way yo raise the Ph without adding npk to the soil? Afraid to add any more certs right now sense I'm getting about a 2 on my meter which says too hi 1 being the Max lol
Recently applied bloom master 0 50 30 and some bud boom 1 6 5. The plants look healthy as can be showing no signs of stress or Amy issues at all.
Should I take action to fix the Ph or just let them ride it out so to speak?
Thanks again for any input. Also have bunch of plants left to give away in St Louis Missouri area so spread the word! !
