pests Some Growing Question (Pests/Calcium)

Hello, I'm new to this website.. .Actually I just signed up... I've decided to start growing some peppers this year and I think I may be having some minor insect problems. You know the regular little holes in the leaves and what not.
 
Also I think my soil may have a problem with providing enough calcium to my plants. Some of the new leaves growing are shriveled.. I'm kinda new to this gardening stuff so If you could help me out that would be amazing..
 
Also my I live in Dallas, TX and its normally pretty hot here. What should I do about the intense heat that will be arriving in the near future.. As well as you may know its been raining a CRAP TON down in Dallas and its supposed to for the next 10-20 days.. What should I do about my plants? Are they in any harm to too much water?
 
My raised but does have a weed cloth under it that does allow water to seep through. But i'm kinda worried.. Anyways, enough of me blabbering, Are my plants in any harm of Insects, Calcium Deficiency, or too much water?

Your soil seems to be really wet. I'm in Southern California and my in ground plants get watered roughly every 1.5 weeks. Sometimes longer.

Cant really do anything about it.. Its the rain. How am I supposed to keep the rain off of the garden? Any Ideas?
 
Shade cloth or a tarp angled. Much easier than running outside like a nance every time it rains to put them under cover. Sometimes in your undercovers. I definitely don't do that.

Well that's because you have no water, ol' sport.

Not much you can do about the amount of rain you been having, but I do like the idea of hanging an angled tarp to shield from getting any wetter.  This is a very touch and go time for most growers when the plants first go outside as the plants just sit there while the roots are growing.  Your plants look fine and don't show any signs of being overwatered.  The weather will turn around and you'll be wishing for more rain this summer.  Welcome to The Hot Pepper.

My bad! I missed that part of the rain, I'm so used to the hot weather you get up there.
As others recommended tarp over the plants. shade cloth let's water right through as I have two 20'.
Tent material breaths, but keeps water out. I think the tarp would be cheaper.
